Article 1 – Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern product sales by Maison Picturale to consumers via the website maisonpicturale.com.

Article 2 – Pricing

Prices are shown in euros including tax. Maison Picturale reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

Article 3 – Orders

Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these terms. Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via a secure payment platform (Stripe). The charge is processed at the time of order validation.

Article 5 – Delivery

Products are delivered to mainland France. Free delivery on orders over €75. Delivery times are indicative and range from 3 to 7 working days.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay any penalty.

Article 7 – Warranty

Our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects. In the event of a defective product, contact our customer service.
