Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery time are shown on your quote. Each print is handcrafted after the quote is accepted: making time is stated on it, and transit time comes on top of it.

Returns

Prints made to order are handcrafted specifically for you: under article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, they are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal (see Article 6 of our Terms).

If a print arrives damaged or non-conforming: Contact us at contact@maisonpicturale.com: we arrange to take it back and send you a remade print, at our expense.

Exchanges

A made-to-order print cannot be exchanged simply for convenience. If it arrives damaged or does not match your quote, contact us at contact@maisonpicturale.com: we take it back and send you a new one, at our expense.

Damaged Products

If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange an immediate replacement or refund.
